New single from the latest in electro funk music, Mr Sam Sparro has burst onto the seen, and we here at Blue Funk are pretty impressed.
His first major hit, ‘Black and Gold’, was a great lead single with the synths that have been played out by others - but suited the song perfectly.
Now his next funk single 21st Century Lights, is the prefect funk track that I will definitely spin at our next gig. Its the perfect twist of the 80s funk sound into the 21st century. On his myspace page, it looks to see that Mark Ronson is a good friend of his, and I think any future colobrations between the 2 would be fantastic.
Keep an eye out for this guy and his awesome injection into the funk music scene!
